Ingredients:
- 500g tofu ferme
- 500g pommes de terre
- 100g olives vertes dnoyautes
- 2 oignons
- 2 gousses d'ail
- 4 cuillres soupe d'huile d'olive
- Sel et poivre
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Then, finely chop the potatoes into round pieces
Mincez les oignons et l'ail, coupez le tofu en d's
Place 2 cuillres soupe d'huile d'olive dans une pole, chauffer et retourner les oignons et l'ail

Pour le tofu et les olives vertes dans la pole
Melangez bien
