No-Bake Healthy Breakfast Cookies



Start your day with these delicious and nutritious no-bake breakfast cookies. Packed with oats, nuts, and a hint of sweetness, these cookies are a perfect energy boost to kickstart your morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts e

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon

Add finely grated carrot, chopped nuts, dried cranberries or raisins, and a pinch of salt

Mix well to combine

Using your hands, shape the mixture into cookie-sized rounds and place them on a parchment-lined tray

Refrigerate the cookies for about 30 minutes to set
